In today's episode, I bring your attention to another book about habit formation. Gretchen Rubin's excellent book ''Better Than Before''- subtitle '' mastering the habits of our everyday lives.
This is a great book by an excellent writer and a well researched book with lots of information and Tactics and strategies on how to break bad habits and make good habits.
And in this episode, I share and discuss one very interesting idea, she calls the four tendencies, which is an interesting framework that, she argues in the book that these four tendencies shape our behaviours, and decision making. So understanding this framework, can help us to make good habits and break the bad habits in sha Allah( God willing.)
