Shownotes

Chris and Bev Parrish have been happily married for 40 years (and still best of friends) and are parents of seven now-grown children. The couple is passionate about family life and hopes to inspire, equip, and encourage families to create a vision for the legacy they leave behind.

Chris is a serial entrepreneur, having started numerous businesses over the years. Bev has been a stay-at-home mom, homeschooling the kids for 30 years. Both have been active in serving their church, home school community, and other non-profit organizations. They are proof that consistently following simple, Biblical principles will move you in the direction of your vision. Recently, they launched the Family Legacy Conference, a one-day seminar designed to share those principles and impact culture one family at a time.

In this episode…

Having a family entails a lot of things that people struggle with, including parenting, running a business, making the spouse happy, and much more. So, how can you create the family of your dreams?

After getting married and having their first son, the family picture Chris and Bev Parrish had in mind changed. They struggled with parenting, work, making each other happy, and much more. Luckily through a book that a family woman in their church gave them, they turned their lives around and have the family of their dreams. They've been happily married for 40 years with seven kids. The couple now inspires, equips, and encourages others to create a compelling vision for the family legacy they will leave behind.

In this episode of The Power of Authority Spotlight, Michelle Prince sits down with Chris and Bev Parrish, a couple happily married for 40 years, to discuss how to create the best family life. They explain the principles for developing better family cultures, the importance of having a vision as a family, and the Family Legacy Conference and what it does.
