Welcome to Fatherhood is a nonprofit organization created by myself and Dr. Raheem Young to help dads of all ages cope with the pressures and stresses of being fathers. The concept was birthed out of discussions around the feelings of uncertainty experienced when we became dads ourselves. We formed to provide new and seasoned dads with a safe place to discuss their parenting experiences.
