Shownotes

On May 6th my son and I testified on the Colorado Senate floor (online) against HB26-1335 ("Concerning Access to Abortion Medication Services on Colorado College Campuses"). This law requires colleges and universities (without a religious exemption) to make abortion drugs available on campus to any student who asks for a prescription.

I first cover Colorado abortion laws from 2022-2025 to show how we got to this point. Then, I play clips of our testimonies against the bill. Finally, I play a testimony from an unhinged guy in support of the bill.
