Welcome to the Soulful Paws Minute. My name is Scott and I am going to take you on a journey of affirmations for gratitude. And I've been there grieving the loss of a pet. And if you're listening, you're probably grieving as well. And we know that pet loss grief is deeply personal. It's painful. And sometimes finding the gratitude amongst the sadness and pain.
can be difficult, right? How do we find gratitude and losing the, the best thing that ever happened to us, the love of our life. But I want you to see if we can find gratitude and let it be maybe a comforting way to honor their memory. So today we're going to offer five affirmations to help you focus on the gratitude for the time shared with your pet bringing.
Now, after I read these affirmations, after each one, feel free to say them silently to yourself or you can repeat them out loud. Let's begin. I am grateful for the unconditional love and joy my pet brought into my life.
I cherish the beautiful memories and moments we shared, holding them close to my heart.
I am thankful for the companionship and comfort my pet provided, enriching my life in countless ways.
I honor my pet's legacy by remembering the happiness and laughter they brought into my home.
I am grateful for the bond we shared, knowing that our connection will forever be a part of our life.
I hope these affirmations bring you a little bit of comfort and help you find just a little bit of peace and the gratitude for the time spent with your beloved pet.
