This week I have mostly been having mixed feelings about VE Day, and it's a tough one to talk about because I am not 100% sure what it is was that was bothering me, all I knew is but something definitely was.

They say that cutting hair is very much like making love to a beautiful woman, and that may well be true. In my case it involved a short YouTube instructional video to get my confidence up and then some tentative fumbling, before a less than professional conclusion.

On a lighter note I re-connected with a much loved foodstuff, which was nice.
