I met Quentin a few months back through some pretty synchronistic connections. It’s really wild how the universe works. We are super aligned on our mission to help support athletes who are going through the transition process. Q is an amazing coach who offers one on one services and is very involved in different men’s groups, working to improve the emotional well being of athletes. He is also very passionate about bringing awareness and support to those suffering from traumatic brain injuries, having suffered multiple concussions during his playing career. I hope you enjoy our conversation.
