The Psalmist. Psalm 5:4. Hi, it’s Nathan, and this is Day 13 of 30 Days of Psalms. The daily news—not to mention our own experience—is overflowing with evil. First, God is not standing idly by, unmoved by it. He is working for its demise. Every moment. Every day. He will bring evil down to never rise again. It may not be today or tomorrow, but evil’s days are most certainly numbered. Second, God never adopts the tools of evil to accomplish his purpose. For him, the ends never justify the means. He will never compromise his character of love to play by the Devil’s rules.
