Feminism isn't anything new and in the past 100 years we have seen it evolve through 4 distinct waves around the central theme that women should have the same rights and opportunities as men. However their are divisions within feminism itself as to where it is now headed, and as it becomes swept up in social reconstructionist ideology many are asking exactly where it is going, and what does it mean for Men, Dads and the Family?

In my conversation with Sam we discuss:

• The different groups that exist within feminism and how they are not all on the same page as to the future direction of the movement
• Why men feel that feminism has begun to overstep it's original remit when it comes to directing men as to how they should behave
• How Sam sees feminism as very much behind the notion of a strong masculine father presence and the benefits it brings
