In this episode, we talk about why joy seems so hard to have regularly. We look forward to things that will make us happy and believe they are few and far between. In truth, you can have joy on demand any time you want it. Not temporary flash and “feel-good” but deep and real joy. How do you get that?
First, it must be your daily expectation. Gratitude is the most powerful state. When we choose to remember and even deeply focus on things we are grateful for instead of what we believe we lack, we have a great start to daily joy. Next is your daily walk. Anything can be done in misery or joy. It is your choice. Your opportunity is to intentionally be aware of and choose how you take every activity.
