Having decided the Army was his destiny aged 8, Rob Shenton began his career with a decision to make, REME or Int Corps. Having held multiple roles and ranks, Rob experienced the aftermath of battles and assisted in the rebuilding of local communities. Workplace pressure, lived experience and personal loss led Rob to suffer with depression and in this episode he details his recovery journey, which includes the infamous Marathon-Des-Sables, the Everest Marathon, and becoming a Help For Heroes Ambassador.
