Ingrid Saenger came to the US from South Africa over 30 years ago and immediately became fascinated with how the American diet works. When she reached a high weight for her–she realized she needed to create change for herself.
After losing nearly 75 pounds and getting herself in shape, she became a trainer and health coach and now empowers others to do the same. She particularly loves working with older adults in helping them ‘’break the rules of aging’ through her simplistic ‘80/20’ rule of eating, moving and indulging.
