For the past decade or so, exceptional marketing has been the Queen differentiator for coaches, online educators and leaders.
The hype, scarcity, urgency, list of bonuses, price increases, and glowing testimonials have vacuumed hundreds and thousands of well-meaning people into large scale programs. Many of who come out on the other side feeling duped and jaded.
The tides are turning and great marketing alone will no longer differentiate a brand, a business, or a “popular” program.
Client experience, student (adult) learning, personalization, culture, and accommodating various learning/processing styles is going to be the next big differentiator for coaching and education based programs from now on.
