Once a quarter I get to unplug from the day to day of our business and spend 2 days working ABOVE my business. Setting direction, Strategic initiatives, and visoneering with a group of like minded business owners from a bunch of different industries.

What’s great about it is: the solution is TRULY in the room. Ive learned that the same wind/problems plague every business they just manifest differently.

@ ryandeiss, Richard Linder, and Roland Frazier put this group/mastermind together and its been the BEST business decision I’ve made in years.

Next week we are meeting in Cabo for our 2 days (I’ll be there all week)
