This week we are thrilled to welcome Lucy Gossage back to the podcast! Lucy is a multi time ironman champion and is an athlete who many of us in this sport look up to. Since stepping away from triathlon a few years ago, however, Lucy has taken on new challenges, like working full time as an oncologist.

Most recently, Lucy raced The Spine race, which is one of England's toughest ultramarathons. In this interview we hear all about her experience preparing for this race, as well as some of her most intense moments during it. On top of the incredible feat that is completing this race itself, Lucy was able to use her effort to raise money for cancer and make her race bigger than just herself.
