Speaker:means and what it means when it's not coming every day.
Speaker:So what matters is that you need to notice it's not a normal part
Speaker:of aging. It's actually a warning sign for you. Morning
Speaker:erection equals that good blood flow, good nerve health. So when
Speaker:you're not having more direction is your body system check.
Speaker:What's really causing it is, you need to look at it in this lens.
Speaker:It's what's going on in your body that's causing you to have
Speaker:poor blood flow. It could be diabetes, it could be high blood
Speaker:pressure, it could be stress, it could be poor sleep, as well as
Speaker:your poor diet. It could be due to low testosterone. It could
Speaker:also due to maybe performance, anxiety or even depression. And
Speaker:it could also be an early sign of vascular disease. Studies
Speaker:have shown that in men who have ED, but seven years down the
Speaker:road, a third of you are gonna get a heart attack. So when you
Speaker:have ED, or even earlier like signs of no morning erection, it
Speaker:could be an early warning sign that you're starting to have
Speaker:some vascular disease that could even translate to a heart attack
Speaker:or even a stroke.
