So, why don't we talk about you? What was it that led you to go on your big travels and how did it change you? But I think I was lucky in a way that I traveled a lot when I was younger, but for whatever reason, I got into a bit of a come visit, when can I see the details of my studies? And so, but I ended up settling in Geneva, in Switzerland FS to do a master's degree, and then I ended up cuz I saw you walking and then marketing.

00:02:45We have two weeks to travel across the roof, full countries from Guatemala at 3 to Costa Rica. I think I ended up in and I'm not just gave me a bit of a taste for traveling a bit more. I guess we'll tentatively to just going to the south of France to the beach since I would. And that was season, 12 seat and was my Cycles. Big Trouble in that. I lost my bow, thruster bicycle. So I got three months off to travel across South America and which is something I've been saying for whatever he wants to do it again. Sorry, for the Disney references are coming to mind, but there was a 7 pics of film up and this little kid goes Adventure is out there. That was sort of my sight until I needed to fly off in there with a big bunch of balloons of the South American. That was going to give me everything that I was looking for the time in my life. That was 2013. The fastest a big, I'm kind of by buy can do it by myself and having no say in Spanish. I had a bit of basic language 7

00:04:45The meaning of life. And it makes me all these people who are very different paths to me, and just opened up my aspects of an all the possibilities that I guess it might have a bubble in the luxury wild of June events. And yeah, yeah. And it changed, you could change the direction of your life, didn't it? Was that trip? That did it. So, I've been taking for long time at once into travel and I asked my boss and then she said, yes, and then I traveled and I guess they gave me a bit of an idea that actually I can do some of these things have been dreaming of and it's not just one of those all I wish I could and and I will still have to go love writing more and I had some vague notion of wanting to maybe start a business, but I have to admit that I had no idea what that meant to the time. I'm halfway through that, that tripped my boss started emailing about possible assignments to come back to you because I'd like company has two year rolls. Need to move on to say, I was

::

00:06:45Crucial phase of my career with my personal development. That is so awesome to hear all of it. Like I I think part of it is that you had The Bravery to take that step that first step to put on that backpack and go, right. And then at the end of it, you're like, I deserve more. And it seems like you took the second big step. And it's funny that you mentioned bravery, because I was just talking to someone that he say he was saying, you know, I did instead of associate with the word bravery and I didn't feel, I mean, a lot of people telling me, I was Brave and courageous and daring and I love that still, obviously my sponge to be wiring. It's just, I did not want to see book the ticket, you know, then you got it. It's no bravery. It's just enough to fool. You kind of, he just taken the decision and then you have to buy backpack Camp, likewise, once he made the decision to quit, and it just kind of rolls on from there. It's the, it's the transition. Is that pivotal moment. When you haven't yet, made the decision, that's the most stressful. What was my kitten says meow.

::

00:08:45Were you just know what you're supposed to do? And what I think is the most beautiful part of your story, is that you listen?

::

00:09:53And I think you need to, come visit. And I took what I said, was the name of my company is bison night with my chi chi mortal that develops during my prayer come inside one, but it's it's not so comfortable. Actually. I think that's it. So happens. We now have one thing to do. One thing and not doing anything about that, you know deep down knowing that you wanted to leave to travel to meet someone to write a book to whatever the goal is. And then to just about to just keep making excuses and telling people why you can't do it. Tell him yourself. Why can't do it. That's an incredibly painful and uncomfortable place to be in for me being at my job. I haven't cried about it was as much as I was letting, you know, it was well-paid. I had incredible colleagues inside, Warden doesn't mess that disconnect between. I thought I should be over here doing this at my maybe here. And yet I was not doing anything to take steps to me. They're not seen a real uncomfortable position to be in. So, you know, I got my run at Clays. Do you think it's in his hip? So stupid? I just took that.

::

00:11:53Even in the hardest times. It's so much more fun and so much more free and I have so much more energy than I was before when I was doing what I thought that I should be doing or what I had to be doing. And I think that there are a lot of people in this world who live in live a life that they believe they have to live instead of the life that they were born to live. Yes. Absolutely. I'm so I find, I just think, like, hang on and my date. He passed in feeling that this shouldn't be the way we're living a life and, you know, it sister died, very strange, and wild west of society has made something in New Ulm. That just isn't very natural, and I think it must have thing to help me with you. Again, was traveling getting out of it. But but some meeting other people and he suddenly realized how, what, why do you listen to podcast or joining a Facebook group or dance to some event? So conference, you said something very different and maybe some of the

::

00:12:57So what happened next? So you started a business and you developed a model. You want to talk a little bit about the work that you do and how that works. Let me know because it just sounded so simple. The way you said and she devised the bottle and you just talked about it. I know it's not but it but it does take time and they get now actually have a face. I can, I do support clients through that transition of leaving, it open at 5 and it takes a lot longer than you realize. The first decision. You make isn't necessarily going to be the one that you sick with. Reverend. It takes a little expression and development inside one and hopefully we're in this little hole. So we have plenty of time to experiment and explore and develop inside one, but Sam Actually, as I said, when I left,

::

00:14:57Gambled again because Digicel, which is my area was still at the time and probably still is now to some extent but definitely, then was quite rare and Times of the skills that people should have schooled of me when they were looking for them to help psycho some really good big contract with a company. So, I quit today. So hit the ground running and however, again, that wasn't quite why I wanted to leave. I just fall into the same jobs. It was a great step in the right direction. I might have so much more freedom of facts about to say, I was buying boss between contracts. I would take time off to travel back today, but I was still very much tied to Klein's office as I fight to be had a boss with in that role. I was seeing I still stressed and waxing gibbous how I'm inside one side when I kind of quit that and so much as he can quit so I can feel self and then I went through what I like to call my hippie phase which is when I started traveling around and I discovered coaching. And again, I forget how I think I was just going to again this personal development. I was so

::

00:16:53Is that I found the quote. Everything you've ever wanted, is one step outside your comfort zone, and that's a lot of what we talked about and I specially the beginning of that transition. It's growing its leading, its travel. It's a bunch of friends. I wouldn't say to the company one step outside, which is my coach thing now and then I've been taking that tree for years and it's really, you know, so I can go into a good flight. And then I have a couple of great programs that I can you find service in a car. If I'm going to put gas now and it's also fitting really nicely together and I just to show your people, I guess who are the beginning of this Jen bite? Sometimes they know what do, you know, sudden if I am I sexy has right knee, that has taken to have these various just in time to get to place, where I feel very confident and you know, what, go to vision and I try things going. I a totally hear you. I've done the same thing where I give me where I left my corporate job and then swing one way to doing graphic design, which is what I hit.

::

00:18:53We just have to be careful about that. You can't just become your own worst boss. It was just like you had four or whatever, you know, whatever. But I think there is a face that we go through in a little bit. I mean I am not one of people who hated my job. Some people really hate it once and leave and, you know, some of us just leave food for the reasons. And so and so, I never hated say much but I already went through that phase of rejecting, what I've been doing before, just like you, and that's the face for that. But then off to, while we lose some of that kind of rebellion, then we think I'm on these are actually useful skills. We don't have to tell me about completely. I'm not it's not sensible to make a complete break and then start from there and they're always decide to act the difference clients or audience or possession in a different way or whatever you can do to make it about a fee to use for the lifestyle, one of these and say, once I think yes, they may be a phase of wanting to Revival completely, but we don't want to throw out the baby with the bath water as I say, and there are lots of transferable skills. Experience is not wack sex.

::

00:20:45Getting your car, go somewhere different that you've never been before. And you're going to encounter something that might open your eyes to something new to say, that's people to. I mean, a lot of people think I'm a very privileged 70 in the company right now, so I can in Geneva did have the money to do it. So is the mold that they are inside one that was holding them back and but there's no reason to take a year off to find yourself in Bali, or you don't have to climb up to that. She will, Everest, whatever it is. You can just take the weekend off or go down to the countryside with the beach. So, you know, just whatever helps you to send them to self sign up some cool. So join a local grief, and nothing to say something live outside of your comfort zone. Travel with a Ryan country. Even a small country has a lot of hair is that I haven't been to you. And you know, you can see Simon, she can be inspired to can meet people in this. Fantastic. So definitely is not some just about to do it again. Doing kind of baby luxury extravagance holidays and trips that can happen in this.

::

00:22:45Finite sure. Hope I experienced anything and I wasn't, as I said, Brave courageous in silence. If I can do this you come to. You just have to swallow your ego a little bit, it except that they will be maybe some compromises and they'll be ups and downs. And yeah, you need to ask for help. Sometimes it wouldn't always be easy, but it is such a freaking experience. Has been like, the Matrix is why I listen to the red pill blue pill. You just have to take that decision. You can live in the Blissful sort of comfort siren of knowing that I will maybe not something out there and that's fine too. But if you do want to take whichever of the pills are ways to get, which one is the one that exact Galaxy stay in Wonderland, then, that's where things. Get interesting. So, I think the first thing is always just to make a decision because again, that the most uncomfortable thing to me, if you want to do something and no chance, if I don't say so, one hundred percent if you aren't ready for this, if you do you think it's the right time and if you never want to do it then you know her off, I celebrate that.

::

00:24:45Giving us to self time to really experiments and think about what you might want to do. Because the hottest part of its hole prices, when I can't what you want to do and the how willful and splice once, he neither wants and why it's important to you. Then you can walk with a kite so you can sign up to a cool. So you can whatever it is. You need to do. But side and in the meantime you need to decide. That's the beauty of it as ice. I will success looks like yet yours. And then you can figure out how to get that off of that. So yeah, so as I said, it was two groups, I guess one that was talking about me kind of six years ago, the mid-career professional he's waking up. So we have a second, they must be more and, you know, I often that we want something more meaningful thing as we get older. We went to sort of leave a legacy behind going to make a difference or not. Just do you power point presentations, if Excel sheets, and we feel like we've been mis-sold a little bit from school University of its hold. This is the dream to have this successful job in a prestigious company and sewing isn't as fulfilling as he sold. So, that's one grape.

::

00:26:23Doubts, and fears, and struggles, and they've either change to different sex. Will they saw us up as a free? And also started the business, will some combination of those who would like me to take honey for face. And I think how you feeling, you know, that. But Grady B, inspires people to see all the possibilities and get some Ready, Concrete tips, that could be applicable. You might find, if your lawyer, that's a lawyer in that, if you do, you know, if you dream of doing this and it's probably something in the book, he has betrayed me as well. So I think that's a really good results to salt with if you just at the beginning of the Giant and just what is that mean? Practical guidance, I still have to stop by think. That's fantastic. Do you want to share a little bit about your podcast?

::

00:28:06My parents from school from society and just envisioning something different for us out. So they're a little different size Again by such a big picture, inspiration. And Visions. I want to know, so, very concrete tools and tips about how you might be able to practically. I'm in pain. So many things as well. That is so great. And I'm assuming it's on iTunes. Step outside to come. I have a nice, a fantastic Facebook. Is it safe to be set for one step outside and then faced we should go to find that it's already. Lovely Community.
