• Culture I do understand is very, very critical because if not all of the people are on board with the same vision as you have, then it can soon start to fall apart.
• Work-life balance is a little bit of a challenge or maybe a little more than a little bit of a challenge at this stage.
• Everybody actually comes with some skills versus some weaknesses. In my case, the weaknesses were the marketing and sales aspects, so that's what I should have strengthened. I should have understood the importance of sales and marketing right at that time.
