[00:00:23] I wanted to be able to have, I don't know, just, just a lot of things, but it just, it just wasn't working. That's the point. It wasn't, it wasn't working for what I needed to do for. The vision I have for and so, I was talking to a friend and sometimes it's just so funny. The ideas don't come to you. It's just sometimes it's in talking to somebody else that you get this spark, and this is why I say whether it's a coach, a therapist, a friend.

[00:01:10] So as I was talking to my friend, like I was trying to come up with a solution. I had come up with a solution, but I didn't love it. And I was telling one of my friends and she was like, shut out Minnelle. 'cause it was Minnelle. And you know, she was like, but Natalie, you can do this instead. Like you can get a screen and you can, you can go and do this.

[00:01:49] Even for my own peace of mind, I just want a little bit more structure. So as I start to do more recordings and guys, I'm really, I'm really gonna try on this one, I'm really working for myself on becoming comfortable, being more visible, so I'm really. Hoping, not hoping. I don't wanna say hoping. 'cause when you say you hope for something, honestly, usually it doesn't happen.

[00:02:24] it's just like, how can I make a space that feels comfortable for me that's gonna bring me joy and allow me. To be productive because I've done this at work, but for some reason I just didn't think to do it at home.

[00:02:58] Are there changes I need to make? Right? But you can't really know that until you kind of have that pause and check in with yourself, and then you can go to look about different solutions that you can implement. So I'm super, I'm, I'm excited. Just even like, I haven't implemented anything yet, but just the fact, I have the vision now of how I can change the space and I am so excited to bring it to life.

[00:03:45] Just remember, environmental wellness is a part of wellness too. So if you're feeling off, Maybe check your physical environment, see are there any things that you can change to make the space more comfortable for you, the spaces that you spend a lot of time in so that you constantly feel joy, satisfaction, inspiration, and can do the things you want to do.
