Our discussion starts with our connection with others and the beauty of finding your tribe. We laugh, tell stories, and go on tangents. Some of this weeks tangents take us to places like addiction, STIs, shifting and renegotiating relationships, along with sometimes having to end relationships. However, we try to maintain the thread of shame and it's effects throughout the conversation. See if we managed to keep the thread going.
