Our guest on today’s episode is Fit Father Project program member Kerry Hayes. Kerry made modifications to his diet, in line with the FFP meal plan, and weighed himself daily to lose 60lbs on the FFP programs.
As you’ll hear in the episode, Kerry was kicked into action in a similar way to many guys we see in the programs, when his Doctor wanted to put him on medication for high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
Not wanting this to be the direction his life and health went in, Kerry opted to make the necessary lifestyle changes himself. By chance, he noticed the Fit Father Project on Facebook and, although skeptical, jumped on board and the rest is history.
In this episode, Kerry and I explore:
- The small modifications Kerry made to his diet
- How replacing computer games with workouts revolutionized his mornings
- The benefits Kerry sees from weighing himself daily
- ...and much more!
If you want to get the most from your weight loss efforts, and make successful changes like over 32,000 other guys have, listen to this episode, take some notes, and check out our FF30X program at https://www.fitfatherproject.com
