Rorshok's weekly ten-minute update of all things Georgian - news, events and the latest happenings. This week, COVID-19 threatens municipal elections, as the country’s daily cases climbs to over 3,000 daily with Georgia ranking 11th in the world, per capita, for positive cases. Ten percent of Georgia’s adult population have been fully vaccinated, with about 25% of the adult population having received at least one dose of the vaccine. The Japanese government gifted a mobile library to villages of mountainous Adjara. These stories and more in this week’s update.
