How to handle an unstable income?

- this is really all about playing the long game. On the best months you have to be preparing for those rainy days or months as has happened with Covid. This doesn’t mean it’s ever easy to do but tucking away an extra few tips in a mattress is always an option. There are also other part time work opportunities to help get you as baseline. Baseline is knowing what you need just to survive in terms of housing, food, utilities and transportation.

Second stimulus checks?!

- as of recording this we do not currently have them as a sure thing. The current Biden administration is pushing for it, it needs to go to the senate or will need an executive order. But if/when we get them I encourage you to spend it on what’s going to make the most sense for your family. 

Xmas Credit Card Bills: just say no to credit cards this coming year. See what you paid for Christmas this year, divide it by 11 and that’s how much you should focus on saving monthly every month for Christmas!
