Over the last year, we have observed many conversations held at high-level governing bodies and lower-level organizations, but one trend we have noticed is where the conversations reside.

As people with western/trail ride backgrounds, we enter these spaces to share our experiences in the industry as a whole, but many of the invites come from entities focused on English disciplines.

How can we encourage these conversations on the Western front? Any ideas?
