Father Tyler Mattson is a priest of the Catholic Diocese of Sioux Falls. Through the lens of attachment theory, Father shares his journey of coming to a deeper understanding of his own dignity as a human being and a beloved son of God. He shares how he learned to combat his fear and anxiety with the gift of play and taking delight in the ordinary things of life.
