Shownotes

Your body isn't broken. Your environment is poisoned. And you're being controlled at a cellular level.

In this deeply personal episode, Kayla connects autoimmunity, mineral depletion, and patriarchal control — revealing how toxins in our food, water, and air have stripped minerals from our bodies for generations, keeping us sick, depleted, and unable to thrive.

She shares her own autoimmune journey: years of doctors, supplements, and protocols that only maintained a baseline — never healed. Until she discovered cellular regeneration and mineral depletion as the missing link.

The truth: glyphosate (in our food supply) absorbs minerals so plants can't access them — and when we ingest it, our bodies can't either. Our cells need minerals to create energy in the mitochondria. Without them, our "fires aren't burning" and our bodies focus minerals only on vital organs, leaving the rest of us depleted and chronically ill.

But here's what's sinister: this didn't happen by accident. For 50-60+ years, decisions were made by people in power to deregulate agriculture, pollute our environment, and prioritize profit over life. Whether they knew the outcome or not, mineral depletion has become a tool of control — keeping humanity in a low-vibe, low-energy state where we can barely survive, let alone thrive or resist.

Kayla explores fulvic and humic minerals as cellular detoxification and replenishment, the generational impact of mineral depletion (passed from mother to child), and what would happen if all of humanity had access to the minerals we need: better sleep, less stress, stronger immunity, clearer thinking, and the capacity to make different choices for ourselves and society.

This is both a personal health revelation and a call to action: we must reclaim our health at the cellular level AND dismantle the systems that poisoned us in the first place.

She also announces: Online Holy Rage Circle (June 30, 4-5:30pm PT) — for anyone feeling the weight of the world.

Speaker A:

Welcome to Liberation Wisdom.

Speaker A:

I'm Kayla Moore, a sacred feminine priestess in training and guide on the path of walking as love in a world of chaos.

Speaker A:

This podcast is for seekers, healers and anyone who feels the old world crumbling and the new one trying to be born.

Speaker A:

Each episode we explore how to liberate ourselves from patriarchal wounds, weave the divine feminine and divine masculine back into harmony and witness the real tangible evidence of the new earth manifesting through collective consciousness shifts.

Speaker A:

This isn't about bypassing the darkness.

Speaker A:

It's about alchemizing grief and rage into fuel for co creating what comes next.

Speaker A:

We are the light and the love.

Speaker A:

When we choose love and peace internally, we are also sending those vibrations to be mirrored the world around us.

Speaker A:

This is Liberation Wisdom.

Speaker A:

Always choose love.

Speaker A:

Welcome beloveds to the Liberation Wisdom podcast.

Speaker A:

I'm Kayla Moore, your host priestess in training and feminine liberation coach, here to hold the torch of love in the chaotic darkness that we have in this world today.

Speaker A:

We are going to be talking about autoimmunity cells, minerals, and if we are actually being controlled by the patriarchy at a cellular level.

Speaker A:

So before we jump in again, I want to remind you about my Holy Rage circle that is going to be on Tuesday, June 30 from 4 to 5:30pm Pacific Daylight Time.

Speaker A:

It is going to be online this time, so it's going to be on zoom.

Speaker A:

And it is for anyone who is a spiritual person and through the awakening process is really feeling the weight of the world of your life.

Speaker A:

We are very much going through an awakening process, an ascension process.

Speaker A:

Right now there is a lot happening and a lot to feel.

Speaker A:

So this is a circle where we hold each other, where we witness each other, where you get to feel heard and seen and whatever is heavy on your heart.

Speaker A:

And then we use movement that could be considered dance.

Speaker A:

It doesn't have to be.

Speaker A:

It could be any movement that just feels good to your body.

Speaker A:

But we move to music as well as me singing because I'm also a singer.

Speaker A:

And I think that is one of my unique gifts that I am bringing to my priestess work is singing.

Speaker A:

And I just made this beautiful, beautiful, beautiful drum.

Speaker A:

I did a drum workshop over the weekend and I made this beautiful drum that I will also be using when I sing as well.

Speaker A:

So there's a combination of dancing to music that I've curated for you to go into a deep space of rage and then into a deep space of grief.

Speaker A:

And we are going to feel all the feelings, but then we don't stay there as, as we move through the wave of grief and the wave of rage, and we really release those from our body.

Speaker A:

Then we move into and transform or transmute those emotions into joy and pleasure and really feel that in our bodies and feel as though we are one together, experiencing the joy of life again.

Speaker A:

And from that frequency, then together, we hold a vision for what we would collectively like the world to look like instead.

Speaker A:

Whether that's more of a personal vision for you or a collective vision for the world.

Speaker A:

We hold a vision for what we want this world to be instead.

Speaker A:

And then we celebrate with each other and know that it is a really important way to not only move through the emotions in our body so that they don't get stuck stuck, but to also do it in community with each other.

Speaker A:

So if that sounds and feels like something that feels very right for you, it's $55.

Speaker A:

It hopefully is something that feels accessible to you.

Speaker A:

You will get the replay as well.

Speaker A:

If you sign up and pay and aren't able to make it live, then I will be sending out the replay to anyone that signs up in your email so you can get that in either do it again and again again on your own if you want to, or do it in your own time when you have space and time to do that.

Speaker A:

All the information is down below.

Speaker A:

All right, let's jump into this topic.

Speaker A:

So we are going to be discussing what I really feel like is an underlying issue in our bodies and how that maps onto the underlying issues in our society.

Speaker A:

So this is about autoimmunity, but it's also about us as a collective of humanity.

Speaker A:

So I'm going to start with my story around the fact that I have an autoimmune disorder.

Speaker A:

There's a lot of different things that go into that, and I'm not going to fully, like, describe my autoimmunity, but I have worked with doctors.

Speaker A:

I've worked with a naturopath, I've worked with a functional medicine doctor.

Speaker A:

I've done a lot of research and I've been on a lot of supplements and done a lot of different things.

Speaker A:

Have, you know, targeted this infection that I had targeted that.

Speaker A:

Like, I've done a lot, and yet my body still has not been able to feel better.

Speaker A:

I feel like I've gotten to places where I feel like I'm kind of putting a band aid on something and helping myself just like, maintain a baseline, but it's not actually healing me.

Speaker A:

And so recently I had a conversation with a friend of mine who also has autoimmunity issues and has Lyme disease.

Speaker A:

And we discussed a lot of the different things that she is doing and it led her to this protocol by this well known doctor.

Speaker A:

And I went and checked out his program.

Speaker A:

And a lot of his program is about like cellular detoxification and rejuvenation.

Speaker A:

So it's really looking at like, at the cellular level, how are we helping the cell heal so that the entire body can heal?

Speaker A:

Instead of just looking at the body of the different parts that it has and trying to heal the different parts, we're really looking at it from.

Speaker A:

The entire body is made up of cells.

Speaker A:

And when we look at it as a cohesive whole, where cells are, what is really driving whether or not we are healthy or well or not, that that is where the healing lies, is really helping the cell detoxify and then helping it get what it needs.

Speaker A:

So if anyone has been down the autoimmunity journey, you will know about toxification of our environment.

Speaker A:

So much of what is talked about around autoimmunity is how much toxins are in our environment.

Speaker A:

And I do really think that that is an important piece to this, that we understand where all this toxicity is coming from.

Speaker A:

We talk a lot about mold toxicity, parasites, chemicals in our food and in our water, talk about emf, talk about stress, talk about, you know, just about like the cleaning products that we use, the products that we use on our bodies and the chemicals in those.

Speaker A:

I mean, it's very like chemical heavy.

Speaker A:

We have become a very chemical heavy society and it does not work for our bodies.

Speaker A:

So one thread that I want to really hammer into this story is that I really want to turn the tide on people feeling like it's our fault.

Speaker A:

I have felt for so long like it's my fault, like there's something wrong with my body that somehow everyone else can like manage in this toxic world.

Speaker A:

But somehow my body is too sensitive and I can't handle it.

Speaker A:

And I want to turn that on its head.

Speaker A:

1 In my understanding of like being a sensitive person in the spiritual realm, it is actually really a gift.

Speaker A:

Instead of a curse, it can feel like a curse.

Speaker A:

And I'm still learning how to really like build the boundaries around being as sensitive that I need in order to not feel like I'm taking on everything from everyone else.

Speaker A:

And I kind of, I've been calling myself like a dumpster for everyone else's like, emotional energy that I tend to take it on without trying to.

Speaker A:

I think at one point in my childhood I probably learned that subconsciously of how to relate to my caregiver.

Speaker A:

But now as an adult, like, I don't.

Speaker A:

I don't consciously.

Speaker A:

And I don't think I ever consciously did it, but I don't consciously try to take on people's energy, but I do.

Speaker A:

I feel like I'm kind of a garbage disposal or a dumpster for people's energy, that it just kind of globs onto me and I absorb it to help other people feel better, but then it really toxifies myself.

Speaker A:

So there's also, like, for those of us that are very sensitive, there's also the toxicity of taking on things that aren't ours in the first place and also, like, not standing in our truth.

Speaker A:

There are a lot of people, like Gabor Mate, that talk about how autoimmunity often comes from the kind of societal standards that we have and how especially women, because women are the ones that tend to have higher rates of autoimmunity.

Speaker A:

Hell, they often are able to sometimes heal from their autoimmunity by coming back to their selves, coming back to their sovereignty, and really doing the work.

Speaker A:

Just like I lead in the coaching spaces that I'm in and that I will be doing in the Walk as Love Temple of Again, liberating ourselves from patriarchal conditioning by choosing love, by choosing empowerment, by choosing community, by choosing ourselves and our sovereignty over what the patriarchy has taught us.

Speaker A:

So that's, like, one aspect of this, but I just.

Speaker A:

I really want to hammer home that we are not the problem, that it is not us that are.

Speaker A:

The problem really is the people that have been making these decisions about our environment for a very long time.

Speaker A:

And I guess in a way, looking at us as a whole, we have all been making those decisions.

Speaker A:

Like, we have been putting people in power.

Speaker A:

We have consistently been voting for people in power to, you know, enforce these rules and deregulation of things.

Speaker A:

And we've just kind of taken what our world has become as the status quo.

Speaker A:

And, like, we can't really do anything about it.

Speaker A:

But we're at a crux point now where we can't keep going down this road.

Speaker A:

So when we look at it from a wholeness and a oneness perspective, we all have to take collective accountability for where we are right now.

Speaker A:

And I think also, like, shifting the focus to the system and to the people that have put these systems in place, and how we can start to dismantle it is the important thing.

Speaker A:

So back to my story.

Speaker A:

Cellular regeneration is one of the key things.

Speaker A:

And so a couple days later, I listened to this interview by Caroline Allen, who is from the company Beam Minerals, and she is being interviewed by a channel that I typically listen to a woman that channels for all different beings.

Speaker A:

And they talked about how minerals in our bodies have been depleted.

Speaker A:

And, you know, we already know that, but it is because the food system that we have created in our current, like, agricultural system is very much ruled by chemicals right now.

Speaker A:

We have created, you know, a monocrop system where we have to use chemicals and fertilizer and in pesticides to somewhat help our food grow and be able to, like, sustain the global trade of food around the world.

Speaker A:

So one of the main ingredients of these chemicals is glyphosate, and it is one of the number one chemicals that are looked at in the body as well on how it is basically eroding our health.

Speaker A:

And the interesting thing that comes into play here with minerals is that, as I understand, I am not an expert in any of this.

Speaker A:

So go do your own research on this.

Speaker A:

This is just what I have found.

Speaker A:

I'm not an expert, but as I've been weaving these things together and kind of connecting the dots, that one thing that I've learned about glyphosate is that the way that it works is it actually absorbs a lot of the minerals around the plant so that the plant cannot get the minerals that it needs.

Speaker A:

Again, not a hundred percent sure why we would want to do that, but apparently that's why we have that.

Speaker A:

So further deep dives on, like, why that is.

Speaker A:

But that is a key aspect of glyphosate.

Speaker A:

So when you ingest glyphosate, when it is in your food or your water, whatever the case is, it gets into your body.

Speaker A:

It also is absorbing minerals so that your body is not able to absorb them.

Speaker A:

And it then destroys our gut, you know, biome, and makes it really hard for our body to get the minerals that it needs.

Speaker A:

So let's talk about the cell for a second.

Speaker A:

I am going to post the interview with Caroline Allen because she will explain this a lot better than I will, and I'm just going to give a brief overview of what she said.

Speaker A:

So essentially, our entire body is made up of cells.

Speaker A:

Every cell has a job.

Speaker A:

Every cell knows what it's doing.

Speaker A:

We have skin cells, we have, you know, cells for our eyes, cells for our brain, cells for our heart, cells for our liver, our entire body, organs, everything is made up of cells.

Speaker A:

And within cells, if you go back to, like, biology in high school bio 101, we know that there are different things in a cell and one of those things is the mitochondria.

Speaker A:

And mitochondria essentially work as, like, the way that the cell creates energy.

Speaker A:

So she describes it as they're like little fires that when they get energy, then they burn in your cell and it helps produce the energy that your cell needs to, like, do the function that it has to do.

Speaker A:

When our bodies don't get enough minerals, because literally all cells run on minerals.

Speaker A:

Our entire system runs on minerals and like, the, you know, nutrients that we need.

Speaker A:

That is why, like, we all need vitamins, we all need minerals.

Speaker A:

Like those are the basic building blocks of life that we all need and that our cells need to work and do the job that they have.

Speaker A:

So when our bodies don't get the minerals and the nutrients that we need and we have a depletion over time, those mitochondria can't perform and they can't create the energy that they need.

Speaker A:

And so we end up having a body that really focuses the minerals that it has to the places that are very vital, like our heart and the things that need to keep us alive, but pull it from other places that it doesn't have.

Speaker A:

And so we have a lot of cells with a lot of mitochondria that are not actually being utilized or working properly.

Speaker A:

And so she basically says, like, we have a lot of fires that aren't burning and they need to be burning in order for our body to work and function the way that it needs to.

Speaker A:

So for any of you that have been really, like, in it with autoimmunity and feeling like there just seems to be something missing, this was my light bulb moment.

Speaker A:

And this really felt like this is what I've been missing.

Speaker A:

This is really something that I need.

Speaker A:

And I started tracing back all of my symptoms, all of the things that I have felt in my body.

Speaker A:

And it really felt like being mineral deficient seems like the likely cause for most, if not all of everything that I've experienced.

Speaker A:

So that's huge.

Speaker A:

That's really huge.

Speaker A:

And so just to talk about Beam Minerals for a second.

Speaker A:

So Beam Minerals is the company that she founded with a co founder.

Speaker A:

And the way that they use minerals, it connects it to nature.

Speaker A:

So again, go listen to her interview because she's going to explain this way better than I can.

Speaker A:

But essentially, and this is kind of.

Speaker A:

It brings in the spirituality very well together into this as well, because again, we are all one.

Speaker A:

We all use minerals.

Speaker A:

Like every living thing needs minerals to survive.

Speaker A:

And so if you look at trees in a forest and how they Use minerals.

Speaker A:

It's very similar to how our bodies use minerals.

Speaker A:

And trees also are made up of cells and also have very similar mitochondria as we do in their cells.

Speaker A:

And so there's been a lot of research on how plants and trees use minerals and how they are able to like extract them from the ground through their roots, and how they metabolize them and create the energy that they need in their cells.

Speaker A:

And so two very important elements of this process for plants and trees is what we call fulvic and humic.

Speaker A:

And these actually come from the process of animal life and plant life having decomposed for thousands, millions of years in our earth and giving this rich mineral that actually is used as like a carrier substance of carrying the mineral and being able to actually get it into the cell.

Speaker A:

Because a lot of the ways that we take supplementation, that it just goes into the gut, it doesn't actually allow our bodies to absorb it the way that it needs to and get it into the cells that it needs to.

Speaker A:

And as I've been doing some of this research, again, I am not an expert on this, but I.

Speaker A:

As I've been doing this research, it sounds like even sometimes putting that amount into our gut can cause more of a disruption because our body is trying to like create a way of healing and making sure that we are getting what we need.

Speaker A:

But putting that amount into our gut is almost like overstimulating for our system.

Speaker A:

So then our body has to figure out, okay, how do I break this down in the gut and try to extract as much as I can.

Speaker A:

But a lot of times it's not something that our body can really absorb, so we end up eliminating it out or it just causes more problems in our gut than it needs to.

Speaker A:

So the fulvic and humic, again, she can.

Speaker A:

If you go and listen to this interview, you can get more in depth information on it or go to the website.

Speaker A:

I'll also link the website.

Speaker A:

So these are two very important compounds that help get the minerals and electrolytes that we need actually into our cells.

Speaker A:

So the way that they create their minerals that you can take is through having fulvic and humic intertwined with the way that they do this, so that it is able to replenish your cells in the right way.

Speaker A:

And the amazing thing about humic is that it actually also detoxifies the cells.

Speaker A:

It helps pull out the things that are toxifying the cell and then is able to replenish it with the things that they need.

Speaker A:

So not only Is their system helping to replenish your body with the things that it needs, but it's also helping to detoxify it from the things that you don't need and from all the environmental toxins that we have.

Speaker A:

So that is really important.

Speaker A:

So that is kind of a lot of stuff that you could learn from someone else that I'm kind of giving you an overview of.

Speaker A:

But the thing that I wanted to create an understanding and awareness of is how this affects people generationally.

Speaker A:

Something that's interesting about my journey is it's been a lot to handle because my journey has been so hard.

Speaker A:

And I, like, as a parent, you never want your child to have to suffer the way that you are suffering.

Speaker A:

I have a son that at this moment is not experiencing the exact same medical issues that I have and hopefully will never experience those.

Speaker A:

But he has also developed allergies that we are also trying to work on.

Speaker A:

How do we help him cope with it?

Speaker A:

And just being a mom of his age group, I have come to very much witness that a lot of kids, his age group, just in general, like whole generations of children, are growing up with way more environmental allergies, way more like eczema skin issues than ever before.

Speaker A:

And the environmental toxin load on them is immense.

Speaker A:

And I think we all know that side of it, but the side that we don't understand and aren't talking about is the mineral depletion.

Speaker A:

That because I am mineral depleted, and I believe that I have probably been mineral depleted since I was a baby, I was told by my mom that I had digestive issues even when I was a baby.

Speaker A:

And so that means that she is probably mineral depleted.

Speaker A:

And so then growing me and her body, her body did the best that it could with what it had.

Speaker A:

But because our food is depleted and also full of, you know, all these chemicals, it, I think, makes it so that the baby doesn't start life with the full amount of minerals and things that we need.

Speaker A:

And so then over time and over my life so far, I have become increasingly more mineral depleted as I go and has created a lot of these problems and then stress on top of it and, you know, again, fitting into society's expectations and all of those things, they all play a part in depleting minerals.

Speaker A:

Whenever you are stressed, minerals, electrolytes are the first things to go because that's your body, like using the energy it needs to get you through whatever you need to get through.

Speaker A:

And so it is for me, again, not an expert, not a doctor, just something that I am noticing and witnessing in my own life.

Speaker A:

This is an anecdotal story, so do your own research and apply this to your.

Speaker A:

In whatever way feels aligned for you.

Speaker A:

But I am seeing that because I was probably.

Speaker A:

I. I'm not gonna say probably.

Speaker A:

I know that I am mineral depleted.

Speaker A:

That when I was pregnant with my son, of course, my body did the best that it could, and I had a really hard pregnancy.

Speaker A:

Not from a medical standard of hard.

Speaker A:

I didn't, you know, like, throw up forever.

Speaker A:

There are so many women that have had harder experiences than I did.

Speaker A:

But I think one of the main reasons why I was so tired and so, like, depleted the entire time was, again, because of my mineral depletion.

Speaker A:

And I was supplementing a lot.

Speaker A:

And I ended up getting hooked on electrolyte packets in my water during pregnancy because that was the only way that I could keep water down and not have it cause worse acid reflux for myself.

Speaker A:

And so my body was actually saying, like, I need minerals, I need electrolytes.

Speaker A:

And now I still, like, can't.

Speaker A:

I can't go a day or more without having those electrolyte packets, or I start to feel really yucky and start to feel really dizzy and have a headache and all of those things.

Speaker A:

So, like, my body needs these on a daily basis.

Speaker A:

And I've known that, but I didn't.

Speaker A:

I've even voiced it, but nobody has pointed me to the fact that, oh, you must have really severe mineral depletion.

Speaker A:

Like, let's get you on some minerals.

Speaker A:

I've even done a hair test, which is a better way to look at the difference in your minerals.

Speaker A:

And instead of just doing a blood test, I've.

Speaker A:

I've also done research on this because I've done a lot of blood tests that show that my minerals are flat.

Speaker A:

Fine.

Speaker A:

But I learned that your body actually keeps your mineral levels as consistent in your blood as possible because your blood is pumping to all the vital organs that you have.

Speaker A:

And so, again, that's like it.

Speaker A:

Concentrating the minerals that it has to the places that it needs to at least just keep you alive, even if it's pulling from other parts of your body and other, you know, cells that it, I guess, deems not as vital as some of the other places in your body.

Speaker A:

So your levels in your blood tend to be the most consistent and tend to be, like, the last thing to drop.

Speaker A:

So if it drops in your blood, that means, like, you are extremely, extremely depleted.

Speaker A:

But your hair tells a different story, and it grows over time.

Speaker A:

And so a hair test is, you Take a chunk of your hair from like the actual scalp.

Speaker A:

I forget exactly how much hair I had to put in, but it tells you how much hair you do and you take it from like the back of your head.

Speaker A:

I think they try to make sure you can like hide it under your hair.

Speaker A:

So you kind of like pull your hair up and you take it from the back and you give them so much from like the scalp out and they test it and then they can show you your mineral levels over a period of time and also like interactions.

Speaker A:

But I, I don't know too much about the interaction part.

Speaker A:

And when I got that done like two years ago, it showed that I was really depleted, that there were a lot of minerals that were like almost non existent in my body.

Speaker A:

And so even with that knowledge, with my functional medicine doctor, like we still just, you know, talked about like magnesium supplementation.

Speaker A:

I think, I think there's just not enough understanding in the broad community and like pulling all the different threads together to really understand how our bodies work on minerals and how that depletion really affects everything in our bodies and how to help heal it.

Speaker A:

nerals, has been around since:

Speaker A:

But you know, even doctors like I, I just, I have never been told, let's get you on something like this to make sure that we start getting those levels up.

Speaker A:

Because this is probably the underlying cause of everything.

Speaker A:

Like nobody's talked about that with me.

Speaker A:

We've talked about my mineral depletion, but it's kind of like a. Oh, that's kind of just like one, one aspect of what's happening and it wasn't really the aspect that we even focused on in my treatment.

Speaker A:

And so it's just crazy to me that we're not talking about this.

Speaker A:

And then the generational impact that that has.

Speaker A:

So again, going back to me and my son, how my son grew in my, you know, my body and my body like gave him all the minerals it possibly could.

Speaker A:

And I was very much suffering through my pregnancy, I think for that because I like had almost next to nothing to use for myself.

Speaker A:

And now that he is a fully, you know, functioning four year old, he also, I think started with a mineral depletion.

Speaker A:

And again, like when you don't have minerals, it, it very much affects all of your body, but I think especially it affects your gut.

Speaker A:

Like my gut.

Speaker A:

And I think his gut are not able to have the full immunity that it needs to because of the depleted minerals.

Speaker A:

And so, you know, he started getting ear infections and then it led us down the path of getting him tested for allergies.

Speaker A:

And he has some significant environmental allergies that cause a lot of problems.

Speaker A:

And we've been trying to manage it the best we can, but it again, it feels like I'm just putting a band aid on it.

Speaker A:

I'm just like helping him stay at a baseline and survive but not actually deal with it to a point where he can thrive.

Speaker A:

And I'm done doing that.

Speaker A:

And so this feels like the answer, this feels like this is what we're missing is the fact that we both need mineral replenishment and to help our cells in all parts of our body get to a place where they're feeling happy and they're feeling healthy and they're feeling like they can actually do the job that they are here to do and can improve sleep.

Speaker A:

It causes you to like actually de stress and can calm your nervous system down.

Speaker A:

Because when you're so depleted, your body is constantly saying like, we need more, we need more, we need more.

Speaker A:

And it actually stresses you out.

Speaker A:

And so once you build up a reserve in your body and your cells are like happy cuz they are doing the thing that they're meant to do, then they're like, oh, okay, we can relax.

Speaker A:

We don't have to be on overdrive all the time, all the time trying to tell you to get more.

Speaker A:

And so there's just like a whole host of benefits that your body can get from having mineral replenishment.

Speaker A:

And so no matter if you have autoimmune issues or not, I think anyone and everyone could benefit from looking into taking minerals.

Speaker A:

Of course, if it's not like a high priority for you, you may not care to do it.

Speaker A:

But for someone who has really been looking for an answer, this feels like this is the answer.

Speaker A:

And if it could start to allow me to like get off of some of the supplements that I'm on and be really the focus of how I get my health back, that would be a freaking game changer for me and I think for a lot of people.

Speaker A:

And so again, I want to like take it out of the micro of the body and take it more into the macro of we had a society, we had people in power that decided that they didn't want to regulate what was being regulated, they didn't want to regulate agriculture, they didn't want to regulate a lot of things.

Speaker A:

And we have gotten to this point where our air is polluted, our water is polluted, our food is polluted, our environment is polluted.

Speaker A:

With emf, just like the rabbit holes are long and honestly, pretty demoralizing around how much just toxicity we are taking in on a daily basis.

Speaker A:

And most people are like completely unaware of it.

Speaker A:

Even our clothes and microplastics and all of that, like, it's just, it's like beyond comprehension where we've gotten to in our world and our bodies are screaming that we can't survive in this environment and it's not our fault.

Speaker A:

Yes.

Speaker A:

Have we all played a part to create where we're at?

Speaker A:

Yes.

Speaker A:

But the big players here have either.

Speaker A:

The most sinister thing that I can think of, again, this more of like conspiracy theory.

Speaker A:

So very much take this with a grain of salt because I have no idea if this is true or not.

Speaker A:

The most sinister thing that I can think of is if they actually knew that this would be the outcome and they did it anyway.

Speaker A:

Do I know if they, you know, had understanding of what could happen before they said yes to it or not?

Speaker A:

No.

Speaker A:

But if they did, like, they have some serious karma coming their way.

Speaker A:

Serious, serious karma coming their way.

Speaker A:

And the rage that, that fuels within me to know that this is where we would end up is insane.

Speaker A:

Even if they didn't know that this is where we would end up, it still fuels me with rage and of.

Speaker A:

I mean, there are again, microcosms of this happening, you know, right now with data centers and just companies deciding that they're going to put pollutants in a community and don't care at all of the ramifications of people getting cancer and dying and all of those things.

Speaker A:

Like there are definitely people that are putting pollutants in an environment where they know that it's going to cause effects and they just don't care.

Speaker A:

But on like a massive scale, you know, like 50, 60 plus years ago, when some of these policies were just coming online, if they knew that that was going to be what, you know, happened generations down the line.

Speaker A:

I don't know, but I just, I think this is one of those things that is like my body is a map for what the last, you know, fifty to a hundred years have been.

Speaker A:

We are all connected.

Speaker A:

Our bodies have stories of what has happened to our mom, what was in her body when we were in her body, what is in our child, from what was in my body to now their body.

Speaker A:

We are all connected and we are all one.

Speaker A:

And we are also one with nature.

Speaker A:

We have the same building blocks of life that our Earth has as well.

Speaker A:

And that means that we are all part of the same source and it's just, it's insane to me that we have gotten so far away from understanding the basic building blocks of life and how we have manipulated our environment so much to the point where we are literally like unaliving ourselves just by the toxicity we have produced in our world.

Speaker A:

It may be a very slow and painful process for a lot of us, but inevitably like it's going to cause more and more and more medical issues for everyone.

Speaker A:

And you know, there's again, the rabbit holes are long and very disheartening and there are a lot of effects and negative outcomes that people have experienced from a lot of the toxicity in our world.

Speaker A:

So this can kind of be one a way to understand if you are somebody that's really struggling, this could be an answer for you.

Speaker A:

Again, totally anecdotal.

Speaker A:

I am just starting my journey on the minerals.

Speaker A:

I just today as I am recording this, I just started today.

Speaker A:

And it's a process and it takes months, especially for somebody that's very depleted.

Speaker A:

It can take six plus months or more to really get to a place where your body has the full amount and the storage, the storage amount that it needs for all your cells.

Speaker A:

So this is a long journey.

Speaker A:

I.

Speaker A:

It's not like a easy, like take a pill and then it's done.

Speaker A:

It is something that I think needs more awareness and more people talking about.

Speaker A:

And then it can also be a galvanization for us to all really think about what is our society like right now, what pollutants are being put in.

Speaker A:

Literally anything and everything that we need to live.

Speaker A:

And how do we start fighting back against that?

Speaker A:

How do we start holding these people accountable and creating something different and something new and really preserving what we all need.

Speaker A:

What all, all plant life, all animal life, all human life needs to survive and to thrive.

Speaker A:

And not just from a, you know, like let's de stress and like pamper ourselves type mentality, but like from a cellular level.

Speaker A:

From a cellular level.

Speaker A:

And I mean, even thinking about this again, this is like the very sinister part of me, but I think how incredibly insane saying is it that whether they knew it or not, we are basically being controlled by the patriarchy at a very cellular level, that our cells are being controlled by the pollutants and by everything that we are engaging with on a daily basis.

Speaker A:

The last thing that I will add in before I end is that there are parts of our bodies that are crystalline and the minerals actually come from, you know, crystals and they act.

Speaker A:

Again, don't fully understand exactly how this works in our bodies.

Speaker A:

But they act in a sense of like boosting our frequency, that when our cells are able to function the way that they are meant to function and all the fires are burning, it's a lot more energy than what we've had before.

Speaker A:

So if you're just like low energy and just like sloggy, you know, your vibe is pretty low versus if you're energized and have a lot of energy, your vibe is higher.

Speaker A:

And I just think it's really interesting too, how taking minerals away from humans is keeping us in a low vibe state.

Speaker A:

And what would happen if everyone was able to replenish themselves in the minerals that they need?

Speaker A:

What type of decisions would humanity be making for themselves?

Speaker A:

What type of decisions would we be able to make for ourselves, for our families?

Speaker A:

What types of decisions would we be deciding for our society as a whole?

Speaker A:

What would we be valuing as a society if all of us were able to replenish our minerals to the place that they need to be so that we are sleeping better, we are functioning better, we are having less stress, we have our immune systems that are top notch and doing the things that they're supposed to do.

Speaker A:

Like there is something again, kind of sinister about taking out all of the minerals for again, generations of people in order to keep them at a level where we are like barely surviving at a cellular level.

Speaker A:

So again, I never thought I'd be the one to like create and start spreading conspiracy theories.

Speaker A:

But if you just think about it in a way of like, again, even if they didn't know, this is a technique that is keeping everyone, or this is the greed and the money that is extracting from the right that we have as humans to the minerals that we need to live and survive.

Speaker A:

That extraction is keeping us in a place of control.

Speaker A:

So I just think it's, it's interesting, it's really interesting to pull on all of these threads and really try to track it back from a macro level and a micro level and understand, you know, why kids are struggling so much with health, why so many women are struggling with our health, and how a lot of this may really end up coming down to the basic building blocks of life, which is water and minerals.

Speaker A:

So again, take, take from this what you will.

Speaker A:

I. I'm going on my mineral journey.

Speaker A:

I'm really hoping that this is the missing piece.

Speaker A:

I'm like cautiously optimistic and we'll see how it goes.

Speaker A:

It's also interesting that they formulate it for kids as well and also for pets.

Speaker A:

And my dog also struggles a Lot with allergies, actually in a very similar way to my child.

Speaker A:

They start in, in very similar ways with ear infections and dogs, also in, you know, the type of food that they're given with kibble and everything.

Speaker A:

Like there's a lot of through lines with gut problems with dogs and also gut problems with humans and they also very mineral depleted too.

Speaker A:

So that's kind of why I love this company because it's kind of like a one stop shop for like my entire family's issues and something that I think could probably help a lot of people and hopefully help my family to get better.

Speaker A:

I encourage you to look it up yourself if you're interested to go watch the interview.

Speaker A:

She's done a lot of different interviews, but I'll just link the one that I listened to.

Speaker A:

I felt like it was very comprehensive.

Speaker A:

And she tells her whole story of her autoimmunity journey and what she went through and how, you know, developing this mineral company was part of her like also wanting to share with the world the things that really were helpful for her to heal.

Speaker A:

So again, like, there's a lot of components to this.

Speaker A:

It doesn't mean like minerals are the answer to everything.

Speaker A:

I think autoimmunity is still a very complex problem and there's a lot of different aspects to it.

Speaker A:

But if you are somebody that's like tried all of the things like I have and still don't feel like you've found anything that's really working, this could be a solution for you.

Speaker A:

And I'm hoping that it's a solution for me.

Speaker A:

It feels right, it feels aligned, it feels like it's pulling on a lot of different aspects in my life from a biological standpoint and from a spiritual standpoint and kind of bringing it all together, it feels like a very like full circle moment for me.

Speaker A:

And so I wanted to share this even though I'm at the very beginning of my journey.

Speaker A:

So maybe somebody else can feel like maybe this is a solution for them too.

Speaker A:

And then for us to also really think about how this came to be and what we as humanity really want to do about it.

Speaker A:

We are really at a crux moment for who we are as humans and who we want to be moving forward.

Speaker A:

I think we have to almost like put aside the, like what in the doing for a moment.

Speaker A:

We have a lot that we still have to do to make sure that we like save some modicum of democracy.

Speaker A:

But I think once we've kind of like hopefully gotten over that hump and get to a place where we start to rebuild.

Speaker A:

I really think that we have to take a moment and really think hard and long and deep about who we want to be, who do humans want to be, what are we going to value?

Speaker A:

And then how do we build a society around that?

Speaker A:

Because right now what we value is shit.

Speaker A:

What we value is greed and corruption and it's it literally could be the death of us if we keep going down this path.

Speaker A:

So don't want to be doom and gloom about it, but I do think that this is like a call to action to think about how we are actively making decisions to support life and not to support what has been put on a pedestal for a long time.

Speaker A:

So with that, I love you all so much.
