He wasn’t even supposed to own a bar but it might be the perfect instance of when a dream becomes a reality.

Our Cocktail of the Week is the Mai Tai - Mata Hari Bar version.

Ingredients

• 5cl Havana Club 3y.
• 4cl Apricot Brandy
• 2-3cl Lime Juice Cordial
• 2-3cl Lemon Juice
• Dashes Orgeat (Almond syrup)

Add ice and then shake well. Strain it all into a long glass with ice.
