Yet sometimes, we get into a “routine rut” by following a set of formed habits that aren’t promoting us to tap into our fullest potential or performance.
Lately, I’ve made some discoveries about myself and decided to lead the charge in upgrading the standards I’d set for myself in many categories of my life.
