My name is Carl Hinder and I am essentially a 'sales strategy coach' , helping you, the business owner find ways to grow sales.

Good to go is about knowing when you have something that is ' Good to go', something that is good enough to progress your business. Procrastination or the search for perfection means we lose our ability to move with demand, and hardly ever get ahead.

This episode talks about having an entitled attitude, often seen in Millennials and the younger generation. Are they right to feel this way, is it due to their upbringing? and should salon owners accept it, reject it or find another way? Is there a standard for both that is good to go?
