Sarah Hannah Howat is a certified life, addictions, and psychedelic preparation and integration coach, focusing primarily on forgiveness (of self and others), self-healing, and spiritual awakening / psycho-spiritual growth. She began her journey of awakening in 2017 through the use of entheogens and earth medicines, along with yoga, breathwork, meditation, expressive writing, nature therapy, ecstatic dance, and worldwide travel.
In 2020 she joined Aubrey Marcus’ Fit For Service Mastermind, which radically accelerated her own journey of self-healing through the lens of The Hero’s Journey.
