- Remember your mission!
- Create pillar content topics for the year that solves problems .
- Set aside dedicated time for brainstorming.
- Conduct keyword research.
- Map it out in your tool of choice then your calendar (trello, asana, clickup)
- Plan your first recording session.
- Solve problems and provide value.
- Leverage current events and trends.
- Consider collaborating with guests (refer to last week's show, episode 17, for more info)...
- Explore different formats.
- Engage with your audience.
- Test and iterate.
- Keep brainstorming!
