In this episode, I'm taking you behind the scenes of the Harmony Private Podcast - an audio course designed to help you craft work-life harmony. I'll peel back the curtain and give you a sneak peek at all the juicy modules.
The Harmony Private Podcast isn't just another run-of-the-mill course; it's specifically tailored for moms in business working from home, often juggling business and childcare. But even if you don't fit into that category, if you're a mompreneur seeking work-life harmony, this podcast can be a game-changer for you.
I'll walk you through the six modules, including shifting your mindset, identifying priorities, setting boundaries, creating family rhythms, using time wisely, and delegating responsibilities.
These short but packed modules are for busy moms who want to thrive at the intersection of motherhood and entrepreneurship.
Oh, and the best part? A portion of the proceeds from the private podcast goes to Mercy's Light, a nonprofit supporting young mothers in Kenya. So not only are you investing in yourself, but you're also making positive change elsewhere.

Hey friend, motherhood gets hard,
Speaker:entrepreneurship gets hard, but together we can do
Speaker:hard things. This is the Mom CEO Suite.
Speaker:In the suite, there's no shade and no shaming, just
Speaker:sharing and support so we can all thrive at this intersection
Speaker:of motherhood and entrepreneurship. I'm your host,
Speaker:Felicia, wife, mom, and entrepreneur. Join
Speaker:me as I share my journey, challenges, and aha moments.
Speaker:Along with the experiences and expertise of other
Speaker:modern day moms in business. Welcome to the suite.
Speaker:Hey friends. Welcome to another episode. Thanks so much for being here. So
Speaker:today I am giving you a behind the
Speaker:scenes look into the harmony private
Speaker:podcast. If you haven't heard me talk about this, the harmony
Speaker:private podcast. It is an audio course that
Speaker:I have created. It's now available as a low cost digital.
Speaker:Product that will guide you. In
Speaker:crafting and creating your work life
Speaker:harmony. And so today I'm just going to dig
Speaker:into all of the different modules and really just peel the curtain back a little
Speaker:bit and give you a behind the scenes of the, uh, private
Speaker:podcast. So before I do that, though, I want to
Speaker:get into why I actually created this private
Speaker:podcast. So behind the scenes, I am
Speaker:restructuring. Things in the business, creating new offers
Speaker:suites. And so. Pretty soon when
Speaker:I, uh, Unveil the new website.
Speaker:You'll see that there is the harmony suite. And there's
Speaker:the system suite. And so within the harmony suite,
Speaker:There's this path that you can take for those. You know, moms
Speaker:and business who are interested in specifically creating
Speaker:work-life harmony, So there's the harmony playlist. Which is
Speaker:a freebie of, um, a curated
Speaker:podcast playlist of all episodes related to
Speaker:work-life harmony. Okay. So that's the freebie and then the next step in
Speaker:the journey is, okay. Now I want to take action.
Speaker:Towards, I'm going to take intentional action towards
Speaker:creating work-life harmony in my own life. With
Speaker:some guidance. And so that is what the harmony private podcast is.
Speaker:It's an audio course, but it's just through a
Speaker:private podcast feed. If you're unfamiliar with, with a private
Speaker:podcast feed is. It is basically.
Speaker:Um, just the same way you're listening to this podcast here.
Speaker:You can listen to the harmony private podcast, but
Speaker:instead of it being publicly available on.
Speaker:All of the different, um, platforms like apple and Spotify.
Speaker:Or wherever else you listen to podcasts instead of it being publicly
Speaker:available. The information or the
Speaker:excess to it is behind. Either a
Speaker:paywall or just a sign up. Um, like
Speaker:a signup form. So you have to. Sign up and
Speaker:or pay in order to access the information, but once you
Speaker:do that, you'll be able to go into your.
Speaker:Podcast platform. And listen to the audio course.
Speaker:Okay. So I really wanted to create it though.
Speaker:Again, to provide some step between
Speaker:understanding work-life harmony, because there is
Speaker:this a shift in the mindset that needs to take place. From
Speaker:balance to harmony. And so once that mindset shift
Speaker:or someone is intrigued about work-life harmony now,
Speaker:okay. The next step is, let me start taking intentional action. The
Speaker:final step in the journey within the harmony suite.
Speaker:Would be working together with me. One-on-one. Where
Speaker:we really create life and business systems for you that
Speaker:leads to work-life harmony. That's through the harmony experience,
Speaker:which is a one-on-one program. That's going to launch a leader in
Speaker:2024. so again,
Speaker:The harmony private podcast though. It's self paced, self
Speaker:guided, and you are going through these modules. You also
Speaker:get a digital workbook with it so you can, you know, take
Speaker:notes. And I asked you questions and, and just
Speaker:help guide you. Through the journey of creating
Speaker:work-life harmony, right? Now who was it for?
Speaker:It is for, um, the mom in business.
Speaker:Who is essentially working from home.
Speaker:Running her business from home. And more than
Speaker:likely. She is. The
Speaker:primary childcare for her child or children.
Speaker:She might. Also be homeschooling her
Speaker:children. Right. But her children are with her a lot of the
Speaker:times. These tend to be the group of moms.
Speaker:Who struggled the most with.
Speaker:Work-life harmony on a day to day basis because the
Speaker:children are always at home with them.
Speaker:And so there is kind of this juggling act
Speaker:that happens day to day in trying to. I get work
Speaker:done. And trying to take care of the children.
Speaker:So that's who is geared towards, but if you don't necessarily
Speaker:fit into those specific categories, if you are a mom in
Speaker:business, And you desire work-life
Speaker:harmony and you are challenged with figuring out
Speaker:how to make that happen, then absolutely the
Speaker:information and the audio course will be helpful to you
Speaker:as well. It's not going to be a perfect
Speaker:journey. It may be a messy journey.
Speaker:Right. But. This mom is committed to the journey.
Speaker:Because she ultimately wants to get to the place where.
Speaker:She is experiencing that desire that she has
Speaker:to spend more time with her children. And not have to
Speaker:sacrifice. Moments with the children or
Speaker:sacrifice making memories with her kids. For the sake of
Speaker:the business. She wants to truly experience the
Speaker:freedom that can come along with being an entrepreneur.
Speaker:Okay. So that's who the harmony private podcast is for? Who was it?
Speaker:Not for. It's not for someone who is not going to take action.
Speaker:So if you're not in a space where you are actually ready to
Speaker:take action. That's perfectly fine. Right? Continue
Speaker:to listen to the podcast. Continue to get the
Speaker:motivation. That you need just listening to.
Speaker:You know, the things that I share here on the Oh, sweet. Continue to
Speaker:be in community to build yourself up. And then when you're ready to
Speaker:take action. Then I suggest that you move on to the
Speaker:harmony private podcast. Okay. And
Speaker:so now I'm going to. Give a
Speaker:little bit of insight into what the different modules
Speaker:are. And what you can expect with
Speaker:the podcast. So. Like I
Speaker:mentioned. It's the audio course, there are six
Speaker:different modules and there is a digital workbook
Speaker:that's attached. To the podcast. So you can kind of
Speaker:work through the concepts. There I teach in the
Speaker:course. So module one is shifting your
Speaker:mindset from balance to harmony. And this is
Speaker:really important. Because the entire time I'm talking
Speaker:about harmony, And a lot of times when we have
Speaker:this, this mindset of balance. We're thinking
Speaker:about it in a certain way and the way
Speaker:that we're thinking about it can hinder us from experiencing.
Speaker:that harmony, that growth. just that peaceful
Speaker:integration. Of work in and in home
Speaker:that we're desiring. And so before we actually start.
Speaker:Working through different concepts. Um, and working through
Speaker:different action steps. There's a shift in the
Speaker:mindset that I want you to have. At the beginning of
Speaker:this journey, just so we can all be on the same page
Speaker:throughout. Okay. And so.
Speaker:That is module one. And I will say
Speaker:that. All of these modules, they are not long
Speaker:at all. Um, I wanted to keep in mind who the audience was.
Speaker:I know where all moms in business. We're all very
Speaker:busy. And so these modules do not have
Speaker:a lot of fluff at all. It's a very straight, so the point and
Speaker:they're very short. Okay, but they are, packed
Speaker:with the information that you need. And it's really going to help
Speaker:you gain momentum. If you take
Speaker:action. And gain momentum and experiencing work-life harmony.
Speaker:So that was module one. And I'll also say that for each module.
Speaker:Uh, you will get, you'll see this in the digital workbook. But
Speaker:there is an AI session summary. So I kind of just summarize what the
Speaker:session was about. You have an observation point. You
Speaker:have action items and then you also have a resource for
Speaker:each. Module. All right. So
Speaker:moving on to module two, module two is about identifying and
Speaker:maintaining your priorities. And
Speaker:so this, during this module, I really focus on helping
Speaker:you to effectively rank and
Speaker:manage the different roles and responsibilities that you have in your
Speaker:life. We talk about core priorities that we also talk about seasonal
Speaker:priorities. Um, and again, really just how
Speaker:to identify what your priorities are. And
Speaker:As time goes on, how you actually maintain and stay
Speaker:true to those priorities. Module
Speaker:three. We're talking about creating an enforcing
Speaker:boundaries. Okay. And we're talking about boundaries.
Speaker:Um, in business. With family and then also
Speaker:personal boundaries. And so we're really
Speaker:establishing what those clear boundaries are
Speaker:that are going to, uh, protect and
Speaker:prioritize key areas in your life.
Speaker:Okay. And I'll also say this each
Speaker:module kind of builds upon the previous one.
Speaker:And so we don't talk about boundaries until we understand what our
Speaker:priorities are. Because the, you
Speaker:know, Creating and enforcing the boundaries is based on
Speaker:what, whatever your priorities are that you have
Speaker:identified. Okay. So
Speaker:that is module three. And then module
Speaker:four, we're talking about creating a rhythm for you
Speaker:in your family. And this module is really
Speaker:about how to establish a.
Speaker:Routine, but not a rigid routine. Okay. It's more
Speaker:so about establishing a flexible flow, or I
Speaker:like to say rhythm, that's going to help you achieve work-life harmony.
Speaker:And within that, there are certain things that you need to do.
Speaker:Like doing a time study so you can understand like,
Speaker:How is your time being spent? What needs to happen based on
Speaker:your family's activities, what really needs to happen throughout your
Speaker:days throughout your weeks, and so that you can craft it in a way
Speaker:that makes sense. For your family. So that is
Speaker:module four and then module five, we move on to
Speaker:using your time wisely. And so in this
Speaker:module, I'm really emphasizing. The importance of.
Speaker:Aligning your time usage
Speaker:with your priorities. So like I mentioned again, we're
Speaker:feeding off of things that we've already talked about in the course.
Speaker:And so we really look at an analyze your time
Speaker:study in this particular module. And then I give you
Speaker:some, some practical steps for how to.
Speaker:Kind of be proactive in eliminating distractions and
Speaker:just adjusting your routine as necessary.
Speaker:And then finally in module six. We're talking
Speaker:about. Delegating responsibly. And so
Speaker:this module really focuses on a method. And
Speaker:how to effectively delegate
Speaker:and, Just really support, better time
Speaker:management and avoid burnout. And I, I
Speaker:use as a framework, one of the frameworks that's pulled from the
Speaker:Bible. And so I go through that and then I also give
Speaker:you action steps and resources as well.
Speaker:So that is the gist of what
Speaker:I'm talking about in the harmony private podcast. Now, if
Speaker:you want to just go ahead now and
Speaker:get access to it. You can click the link in the show
Speaker:description and it'll take you right. To the checkout
Speaker:page. But if you have questions about it and you really want to know,
Speaker:just kind of based on where you are in your personal life, if it makes
Speaker:sense for you to, you know, sign up
Speaker:for this audio course. You can always feel free to.
Speaker:DM me on Instagram. And we can chat about that.
Speaker:Now, one of the things I haven't mentioned this here on the podcast, I don't
Speaker:think, but. Um, another thing I wanted to mention about the
Speaker:podcast is that a portion of the proceeds. Is going
Speaker:to go to a nonprofit organization. I made this
Speaker:announcement on my email list. But there's
Speaker:a nonprofit organization called Mercy's light.
Speaker:And for the, the products and the services that are in my
Speaker:harmony suite. A portion of the proceeds are going to go
Speaker:towards Mercy's light and Mercy's light is a nonprofit
Speaker:organization. Um, with a maternity home in
Speaker:Kenya that provides hope for young mothers
Speaker:in pregnancy crisis after trauma. And so this is
Speaker:something that's really kind of near and dear to my heart. I've been giving to
Speaker:this organization personally for, I don't know, maybe about a
Speaker:year now on and off. And I really just had the
Speaker:desire to be able to. Support mothers who
Speaker:are in lesser developed. Uh, communities or
Speaker:countries. Help them help to support them in some
Speaker:capacity. With just sometimes they're
Speaker:in survival mode. but also with entrepreneurial
Speaker:things and this organization. Does
Speaker:exactly that. And so, um,
Speaker:when you sign up for the harmony private podcast, yes, you are supporting
Speaker:yourself and giving yourself resources that you need, but you are also
Speaker:supporting. you know, a mom in Kenya who has
Speaker:been through some type of pregnancy crisis, a lot of the
Speaker:women that they deal with have been involved with
Speaker:sex trafficking, or they are teen moms. And, you
Speaker:know, they're living in a home trying to get vocational
Speaker:skills and take care of their child and things like that. So,
Speaker:That's another thing for you to note. So again, that is the harmony private
Speaker:podcast. And since I do, I touch on a lot of
Speaker:biblical principles in this course. it is geared
Speaker:towards the Christian mom, entrepreneur who desires
Speaker:to create an experience work-life harmony. If you
Speaker:are not a Christian though, you are of course, more than welcome
Speaker:to access the information because it will, be helpful for you as well.
Speaker:So that is the harmony private podcast. If you are ready to take action
Speaker:towards creating. and experiencing your version of
Speaker:work-life harmony, go ahead, click the link in the show description.
