Shownotes

Is your toddler or preschooler afraid of going to bed? Asking you to stay after saying goodnight? Making up stories about monsters in the room? Mild fears around bedtime is a common issue I work with for children ages 2.5 years and up. To tackle the ROOT of the fear, I’m sharing my strategies on how we can pour attention and praise over your child during the bedtime routine, and offer comforts to help ease their tensions when it’s time say goodnight.

Dealing with SEVERE fears? >>These tips might help, but I’d suggest finding a local family counselor to help you and your family sort through your child’s anxieties and stressors.
