Bart's successes span multiple race wins for events like Yukon and 11 Cities alongside his exploration across Nepal, Zambia and Greenland as well as crossing Pacific Island chains and the North Sea. He was also a past 24 hour distance champion.

In this interview we chat about his experiences and the specific training, mental approach and the preparation required to achieve some of his epic achievements.
