Initially, I had planned to talk about Facebook Lives. BUT Shannon Fox offered great tips on that topic AND so much more. For example, she has a free Facebook group, as well as a paid-for coaching group. She shared how she structures the two and how she consistently finds topics to keep members engaged. That's just the tip of the iceberg, though!

Shannon is a mom of 4 and a certified coach with Trim Healthy Mama. So, she's busy! Yet, Shannon has worked hard to create a business that fills her full of joy, serves her clients well and gives her the freedom to be a mother and wife.
