In this episode, we discuss another week of two cup races in less than 5 days. Martin Truex Jr. won the historic night race (first time under the lights) at Martinsville Speedway. Then for the first time in years, there was a race at Homestead-Miami Speedway that did not crown a champion. The first in-season race since 2001, saw Denny Hamlin dominate with all three stage wins and leading the most laps. This race also featured another on-track run-in between Chase and Joey Logano - giving credence to their budding rivalry.
This week’s 6 Degrees of NASCAR features the voice of Olaf from Disney’s FROZEN, Josh Gad. Finally, in our Racing Through Life segment, we discuss the recent announcement by NASCAR to ban the flying of the Confederate Flag at all future events.
