Everyone wants to argue, debate, and get mad ... their favorite is the GOAT (Greatest of all time) and if you don't like them, you are wrong; but what is the criteria? What makes them the GOAT?

It's all subjective, but to make the debates fun (and make more sense) I've come up with what I personally use to determine if someone should be in the conversation
