Coming to you from Myddle in the heart of Shropshire on a beautiful sunny day Alex is at the long time running, beloved Myddle Muddle. 10k, 5k and 1 mile colour runs all set into the beautiful woodland landscape. The aim is to raise funds for the Myddle CE Primary School and Nursery.

Speaking to organisers and runners both before and after the races, Alex manages to capture the essence of the event.
