You’ve started selling and your business is validated, but it feels overwhelming or even impossible to take things to the next level. You obviously have something they want, so what can you do more of? What can you do less of? A lot of this stage of running a business comes down to the foundation. At every level, you should be refining and turning into that market fit of your business to cue into who your ideal customer really is.
