Making the Necessary Changes

Brain fog, fatigue, and rapid weight loss took their toll. Since her diagnosis, Stephanie has been able to take control and move her health in the right direction.
One of the first changes Stephanie made was to her diet. The grains and dairy left. Now she sticks to a paleo diet and feels so much better as a result. She also exercises regularly.
