Let's get simple. If you know how to drive a car or ride a bike, you can grasp being open, letting go, and being in the flow. It's always simpler than we make it. When we are open, we realize we know what we need to know, and the rest we trust will come together like going from a street bike to a trail bike. Letting go is about letting go of worries and logical thinking about the differences between the two bikes and trusting, "I know how to ride a bike. I can do this!" In the flow is that sweet spot once we are open and have let go. Think of driving a car and being in the flow of traffic. You aren't worried about which petals to use. You are busy drinking your coffee, talking to your passenger, and the experience you are headed. Intuition is all of these things. It is always available knowledge when we let go of logical thinking and emotions ruling us and get into the sweet spot of in-the-flow; that is when the magic happens!
