Today I am sitting down with my friend and client, Lauren Wrighton, to talk about our podcast predictions for 2024. This has become an annual tradition and is our third podcast prediction episode!

Lauren and I chat about what we predicted last year for 2023, and if those things came true, and also what we expect out of the podcasting industry in 2024. We’re talking about everything from updated podcast stats, to AI, YouTube, podcast networks, and really everywhere in between. We discuss the shutdown of Google Podcasts and switching to YouTube Music, building community with live-streaming, and utilizing paid podcasting with Patreon and Apple Subscriptions. 

We also discuss the growth in podcast listeners and new podcasts and how we should be excited about the future of podcasting. Here’s to another exciting year of podcasting!
