Real Talk, while there will be moments of failure, burnout, hitting walls of exhaustion, and spending many late nights learning and creating, you'll also find yourself connecting with deeper parts of you, making friends with strangers, growing, expanding, and stepping into your power. And to be able to be of service, you've gotta not only embrace what arises but to remember why you started, especially when the going gets rough out there.

If there's any nugget of wisdom to embrace when you're building your business, give yourself permission to ask for help, and most of all, remember to cultivate a healthy work-life balance.
