I've got 5 kids who eat like they may never get food again. So, naturally, I'm a cheaper-outer. I'm Dan Hansen and this is a minute at RepcoLite Paints sponsored by Benjamin Moore.

Many of you are cheaper-outers, too, right? We cheap out on this and that. We try to save money here and there. And if you do this on a regular basis, you've likely run into situations where cheaping out on something was fine . . . and other situations were cheaping out really backfired.

In a paint project, there's a common place to cheap out--and that's the applicators. Brushes and rollers. We buy good paint, but then try to save money on the applicator. I know money's tight right now, but if you're starting a project, think about this: The applicator is largely what determines how the paint looks on the surface. A cheap roller or brush can leave expensive paint looking terrible on your surface. There are better places to save money on a project.

And right now at RepcoLite, you can grab a top notch Corona Excalibur brush--regularly priced at $23 for $12.26. Check out repcolite.com for more info. I'm Dan Hansen and that's a minute at RepcoLite.
