A British solicitor is forced to shelter a murderer. His complex scheme to rid himself of the killer appears successful. + Richard Samson was a lawyer who was never really much attracted by Alan Renwick even before he murdered his butler Baines. When Renwick turned up for his help and threatened to kill him also if he went to the police suddenly their lives depended on each other.
