✨ Signs You May Be Stuck as an ACOA
⭐ You feel chronically overwhelmed or anxious—like you're always bracing for something to go wrong.
⭐ You say “yes” when you mean “no,” afraid of upsetting others or being rejected.
⭐ You deeply want change, but the fear of failing—or even succeeding—keeps you paralyzed.
⭐ You feel like you’re on autopilot—disconnected from joy, passion, or purpose.
⭐ You notice yourself repeating the same unhealthy relationship or behavioral patterns.
⭐ You wrestle with low self-worth and harsh inner self-talk that keeps you small.
⭐ You don’t ask for help—even when you need it—because you don’t trust others will show up.

🌿 Awareness + Ownership
Get honest (with compassion). Journal or reflect on where you feel out of alignment or like you're betraying your own needs. Notice the patterns, and allow yourself to name them—without shame.
🌿 Boundaries + Nervous System Care
Set small, doable boundaries that honor your energy and truth. Practice simple nervous system regulation daily—like breathing exercises, grounding, stretching, or even a few minutes in silence.
🌿 Reconnect to Your Inner Leader
Ask yourself, “What would I do if I trusted myself right now?” Then take one small action—one promise to yourself each day. You don’t have to leap. Just begin where you are.
