Jody is a Reiki Teacher & Women’s Circle facilitator. She’s also a Writer, Author and Mum to two teenage boys.
After 17 years of working for the same company in a heavily male-dominated industry, Jody faced a shocking redundancy. Realising she’d spent years conforming, people pleasing and dimming her light, she knew this was the universal break she needed. It was time to re-claim her identity, self-worth, purpose and joy. She now gently guides & empowers women to do the same through teaching Reiki, holding Women’s Circles and her signature Self-Care Mastery course.
