there that particular situation that you know you should let go of but you just can't, could be as simple as a recent interaction with someone with a friend or family member that didn't quite go as planned. You know, in your head is not something you should lose sleep over, or think about and yet still infiltrating of thoughts maybe weeks, months or years later. Now, you may not ever lose the memory. But you've absolutely shaped this thought process. And when you do something trapped in your physical body that's causing you discomfort will also leave. When you allow space for the stuck energy to move, this is what happens. It's energy in motion II motion. It's why we have them. That's why we have emotions. And what's the fastest and simplest way to learn to shift energy through the energy of speech, the vibration of your voice. And even faster when you've got someone to listen and take some of the load off you or your process, someone safe and trusting in a conversation this morning, and we're talking through one such situation that my client couldn't shake. We're talking about and going through a simple process. Not only were they able to make peace with the situation, but that pain in their back that had been sitting there for too long was gone. Now, this might sound easy, but that's because it was. You see the chronic pain inflammation you experience is more than just an injury or an illness you're treating, it represents a memory that's trapped in your body. And when you can make peace with the memory, you'll be able to release it. Now, I'm not saying this is independent of the health care advice you're getting elsewhere. It can be used complimentary, and quite possibly will be used instead of but it's not to say that you shouldn't seek medical attention if you require. But if it's a recurring thing. And have you ever experienced that time where the doctor is confused why it's still there. It's time to allow space for the shift. Sorry, your steps, find a safe place to talk. Talk about the situation. Notice where it sits in your body when you do talk about it. Alyssa, allow yourself to breathe to be still and allow it space to move. And then repeat. And if you'd like to speed up the process, of course reach out, go and so you can easily I'll just find a safe place to talk. And of course this is the work that I do as well. And through my own experience, processing countless areas of chronic pain that I just put up with for years, I've developed the ability to go straight to the source of your pain. And I don't even need to know what you've experienced. I don't even need to hear the story, particularly with some private that you don't want to divulge or discuss. In keep that memory completely to yourself. We can absolutely together, get your energy in motion and release it forever, for good. But it's only for those people who are in a hurry and want to enjoy a future full of physical freedom. Today,
