Have you ever accidentally registered for a 350 mile gravel race? Well, Sylvie D’Aoust has. But instead of frantically trying to change her registration, Sylvie saw this as an opportunity to challenge herself in a new way. So, this June she will be heading to Emporia to take on the Unbound XL. Sylvie is no stranger to endurance events, getting her start in multi-day adventure racing in the early 2000s, running a spin studio, and even starting her own cycling club in Wakefield, Quebec. On our episode this week Sylvie shares how she will be applying the lessons she has learned through her past experiences to set herself up for success at Unbound XL.
