In this episode, we’re talking about codependent thinking, perfectionism, and people pleasing and I’d venture to say that the majority of us experience these issues on a regular basis. Victoria shares how they can manifest in physical issues, her unique take on how we can start to unravel these patterns and uncover solutions to our most challenging physical health concerns, and more!
